These terms apply to your use of this website and the quote estimator. Your use of the Answer Anchor service itself is governed by the separate agreement we enter into with you before your service goes live.

The range produced by the estimator is an approximation based on what you tell us and what we can read from your website. It is not a quote, an offer, or a binding price. Your final price is confirmed with you in writing before anything is set up or billed.

Please provide accurate information and only submit a website and contact details you are authorized to provide. Don't use the estimator to submit unlawful content, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to access it by automated means.

Answer Anchor service is provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Setup, testing, and ongoing configuration changes are included in your monthly price. Either party may end the service in line with the agreement between us.

We work to keep the service running reliably, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the service depends on third-party telephony and infrastructure providers outside our control.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
