When you use the quote estimator, we collect what you tell it: your business name and website, your approximate call volume, the capabilities you're interested in, and the contact details you provide — typically a name and phone number, and an email address if you offer one. We also keep a record of the conversation itself.

Our servers retrieve and read the public content of the website address you provide, in order to describe your business back to you and scope an estimate.

The voice demo starts only when you choose to start it and allow microphone access. Your audio is sent to Vapi and its speech and AI providers to transcribe the conversation and generate spoken replies. Audio and video recording are disabled for website demo calls.

When an estimate is generated, we save the business and contact details you choose to provide, the estimate, and the conversation transcript in our lead system for follow-up. If you start guided onboarding, we also save your business setup preferences, open questions, progress, and recap confirmation for our team to review. These are separate from your estimate and do not change your live phone service. Vapi may also retain call logs and transcripts under its service settings. Use fictional details during role-play and avoid sensitive personal or payment information.

The website does not carry conversation memory between demo sessions. Access to your on-screen estimate expires after one hour. Hashed network identifiers used to limit abuse expire after two hours and are removed when subsequent demo requests are processed. Saved leads and transcripts follow the retention policy below.

We use this information to prepare your estimate, to contact you about it, and to plan the configuration of your service if you decide to proceed. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

The estimator is powered by a third-party AI provider. The text of the website you supply and the messages you send in the estimator are transmitted to that provider so it can generate your estimate. Please don't enter sensitive personal information, payment details, or confidential business information into the estimator.

We rely on third parties to host the site, store data, and provide the AI that powers the estimator. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We keep estimator records for as long as they are useful for following up and serving your account. You may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so, except where we're required to keep it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us and we'll honor them.
